PubMed
PubMed is a great resource for many of your searches. A combination of keywords and MeSH terms might be needed. You've got the keywords part down, but may need some refresher suggestions for using MeSH. Check out the tutorial the PubMed/NCBI folks have created. You can also try the search suggested below to get some good results.
Google Scholar
Yes, I really have Google here. For this search, it may be a little hard getting exactly what you want from the literature. The more specific you can be about what you want - something like: united-states|usa muslim women infertility treatment "health care" - the better your results. One other thing to think about is how did the authors refer to refugees in the US? Might they have said America? Or did they say US? Sometimes, including all synonyms is good - so something like this might help:
america|united-states|usa muslim women infertility treatment "health care"
What else might you add to narrow this more specifically to match your patient?
You might even include Sunni or Islam in the search. And to further narrow it, give emphasis to muslim by telling Google to look for it in the title. You'll narrow from tens of thousands to just a few hundred.
intitle:muslim|sunni|islam women infertility treatment "health care" america|united-states|usa
