The Camelot Project at the University of Rochester.  A location for Arthurian texts,  images, bibliographies, basic information, student projects, etc.

TEAMS Middle English Texts. Texts of Arthurian and other medieval texts officially approved by the Consortium for the Teaching of the Middle Ages at Western Michigan University.

Charrette Project The Princeton Charrette Project is a scholarly, multi-media digital archive containing a medieval manuscript tradition—that of Chrétien de Troyes's Le Chevalier de la Charrette (Lancelot, ca. 1180).

Wolfram von Eschelbach. A site devoted to the great medieval German narrative poet.

German Studies Web: Literature Resources Page. Maintained by the Western European Studies Section of the Association of College & Research Libraries. The page is in English, but many of the resources linked from it are German.  

Timeless Myths: Arthurian Legends. Although not operated by scholars, this site has some basic background information and links that are worth investigating.
