PMI  is the association that establishes and promotes international standards and certification. This site is where you can find the latest official developments in standards, certification, PM careers, publications and much more.

PMI is organized by geographical chapters and topical divisions that represent communities of interest.

PMBOK Study Resources

The PMI publishes the Project Managment Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) Guide, which represents the methodology that is standard for PM. It is a comprehensive summary of processes and best practices. It contains a section on standards that are used to study for PMP certification, and describes the 42 processes that are considered the core knowledge areas needed for PM.
