The UC’s copyright guide with FAQ http://copyright.universityofcalifornia.edu/

Reminder #1: You cannot always post content online just because you have access to a resource or the system is password protected!

Reminder #2: Don't have time to dig through licenses and fair use assessments? Use Open Educational Resources - all types of content and ancillaries!

Library Collections

Our standard suite of online content is always available. Use the Roger catalog and limit by electronic materials.

Link to library content such as journal articles or do a fair use assessment if you want to post the actual content. Be sure to remind students they need to sign on to the VPN to get access to library content remotely. Contact scholcomm@ucsd.edu for questions about fair use or copyright.
