UC San Diego has a campus-wide license for ChemOffice +Cloud, which includes ChemDraw Cloud, MNova ChemDraw Edition, and Signals Notebook Individual Edition. It's funded by the Department of Chemistry & Biochemistry, and Educational Technology Services (ACMS).:
To launch a SciFindern or Reaxys search from within ChemDraw: select the structure in question, then select the SciFindern or Reaxys icon. VPN must be running for you to connect to these databases (ignore the proxy settings). To add these to your ChemDraw interface, go to View >>> Other Toolbars >>> Add-ins.
Start at the PerkinElmer Site Subscription page and search for University of California San Diego. You'll see 2 registration options.
Register to download ChemOffice+ Cloud (Windows) or ChemDraw Professional (Mac), and MNova ChemDraw Edition (Windows or Mac). If you don't have a login for PerkinElmer, you will be prompted to create one. Use your ucsd.edu email account. You can also download user guides, plus instructions on getting the activation code you'll need to run ChemDraw the first time. If you don't receive it within 24 hours, contact email@example.com with your UC San Diego email address.
To register for the cloud applications, enter your UCSD email. Then follow the instructions to access ChemDraw Cloud and/or Signals Notebook.

Free access is for personal, non-commercial use only. Prompted to renew every 2 months. Registration required. Under your account info, you'll find a alphanumeric license key and an offline license for downloading. You can use either option to activate your Marvin license once installed.
