Tips for Assisting Students with Library Tutorials

Tutorial Access

Library tutorials are accessed via links typically added to the Canvas course by the course designer. If you have questions about how students access a Library tutorial, please get in touch with your course designer (e.g., faculty or coordinator).

Tutorial credit

Students upload a worksheet or email confirmation to the grade book to receive credit for completing a Library tutorial. For completion questions, e.g., did not receive a confirmation email, please ask the student to contact LearningServices@mail.ucsd.edu and include their name and PID in the email. A duplicate email confirmation will be sent to the student in most cases.

Technical assistance

Students may contact LearningServices@mail.ucsd.edu for technical assistance with Library tutorials.
