Health Promotion Services

HPS provides a variety of free 1:1 services, such as Health Coaching, Stress Management Lab, sexual health education, smoking/vaping cessation, and much more.

Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS)

Counseling, workshops, and community forums for UC San Diego students; outreach programs and consultation services to the campus community.

  • Let's Talk Programs - Free, informal support with mental health and campus resources. 
  • CARE at SARC - Confidential advocacy and education office for sexual violence and gender-based violence (dating violence, domestic violence, stalking).

  • Triton Food Pantry - Provides network of food resources and awareness about food insecurity for current UCSD undergraduate and graduate students.

  • Nap Pods - Go down the stairs across from the basketball courts, then down a smaller flight of stairs near the treadmills and ellipticals.

Supportive, online connection space where UC San Diego students can connect with trained peers who understand what they're going through and can offer resources.

Triton CORE

Mobile response team of of licensed behavioral health professionals that provides compassionate intervention and support to students on campus experiencing a behavioral health crisis. 

Open Desk Nap Nooks

Nap Nook where UC San Diego students can reserve a quiet spot to relax, recharge, and nap in between studying.

  • Additional amenities: High-speed internet and Wi-Fi, sit/stand desk options, ergonomic office furniture and a docking station and monitor in the private office
