  • Wizfolio:  $25/yr for a typical account (free is very basic)
  • Mendeley, Zotero Web versions free for basic use. You could use these by themselves without the desktop component.

 

Access

More or less tied to computer on which software is installed.

Web versions can help you access database remotely, but can lack functionality of desktop version.

Will work on a computer without Internet (assuming you use local storage)
