This blog post provides several examples of MOUs between a publisher and a journal.

These agreements are not currently used by Michigan Publishing, but are still good examples.

This is not technically an MOU, but it is a comprehensive example of a contract between a non-profit organization with a journal and its publishing partner.

The ICMJE is a group of general medical journal editors whose participants meet annually and fund their work on the Recommendations for the Conduct, Reporting, Editing and Publication of Scholarly Work in Medical Journals.
