For Research Consultations, Reference Assistance, and Book Purchase Recommendations:  Please email me (tmvogel@ucsd.edu) or make a Zoom appointment (https://ucsd.libcal.com/appointments/tmvogel). Off-Campus Access to Journals, Ebooks, and Databases:  Use AnyConnect VPN. When logging in, select the 2 Step Secured - althruucsd option (click to see an example). Duo two-step login also required.  On campus? Use the UCSD-Protected wifi network.

From the Library

Search the library catalog for your keyword(s) to find relevant books/ebooks.
 
More search options: title, author, etc.

Suggested keywords for searching include sustainability, sustainable (e.g. agriculture), environmental science, recycling, renewable energy (wind, solar, nuclear), alternative fuels (biofuels, algae), climate change, plastics.


To access the ebooks, encyclopedias, and articles from off campus, set up your computer to use the VPN.
