Web Content Changes/Preservation : Feb 15 - Feb 21

This list is illustrative, but certainly not exhaustive.

From my own reviews:

Preliminary February change/error report of GovSpeak linkcheck (to be continually edited thru the month)

2/18 - Evaluation of the U.S. Special Operations Command Europe’s Stoic Emperor Divide I, Phase 1 Military Information Support Operations (DODIG-2025-064), published 2/11, removed from website and replaced by Evaluation of the U.S. Special Operations Command Europe's Military Information Support Operations (DODIG-2025-064)  - first is marked "top secret", second is "classified" and neither includes link to report (DOD, via IA)

2/18 - Select October thru December 2024 statistics revised on Custody and Transfer and  Migrant/Alien Protection Protocols pages (CBP; see 2/10 MPP and 2/14 C&T IA captures for comparison; note – I could be wrong about this, but I don’t recall previously seeing these stats revised after initial publication)

2/19 - Two files (parts 21 & 25) in the FBI Vault’s January 6 collection were renamed/replaced. Unsure if they are just correcting file naming convention (see 1/17/25 IA capture) or if file content is revised. New part 21 url has been captured in IA previously, new part 25 url has not (and I'm unable to capture it)

2/20 - CBP Directive on Administration of Nasal Naloxone Programs – landing page shows 2/14/25 document pub date, but attached pdf document (with new url) shows 8/24 effective date; 2024 IA captures show same effective date. I haven’t compared content between two versions. (CBP)

2/20 - Homeland Security Digital Library, both free and subscription content, offline (CHDS)
